Hello!
I would like to introduce myself as the newest member of the Academic Development Directorate where I will work as an assistant to the Technology Enhanced Learning Team, Educational Developer, and Head of Research Development. My role will be to create electronic resources for staff members at YSJ and researching best practice in using technology to enhance learning, teaching and assessment. Currently, I am working on promoting the graduate attributes of YSJ and learning how to use software such as Camtasia, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
I have recently finished my degree in English Language and Linguistics at YSJ where I integrated my interests in technological language learning into my dissertation. I hope to develop my knowledge of how technology is used within education whilst my time working at YSJ!
