On Wednesday 29th April, Róisín and I had the pleasure of hosting the weekly #LTHEchat on the topic of Open Badges.
#LTHEchat is an online Tweetchat which provides an opportunity for educators in higher education to discuss contemporary issues & trends in learning and teaching. For more details see my previous post ‘Introducing #LTHEchat‘, or visit http://lthechat.com/.
The chat was a huge success, participation & engagement were very high, and there was a lot of positive discussion about Open Badges, here is the Storify from the event:
For more information about Tweetchats see ‘Day 8 of #YSJ10DoT: Using Twitter Lists & Tweetchats Revisited!‘.
We hop to see you online for the next one!
On this blog you will find posts from Khaled, Laurelin, Aleks and Lorna; the TEL team, but we also welcome contributions from other YSJ staff and students on the matter of Technology Enhanced Learning and Digital Capability.
