Adobe Education Exchange
There are lots of free resources available from Adobe online.
The Adobe Education Exchange has self paced courses, virtual live learning and in-person live learning available from it’s Professional Learning for Educators hub.
All the learning courses are certified. To achieve course completion, you’ll submit a project assignment to receive your certificate and digital badge awarded by the Adobe Education Exchange. The certificate and badge will provide you with a veritable and digital credential in recognition for completing the assignment objective. Your certificate will include the professional learning hours which were required to complete the course and the assignment.
Courses are available for all Adobe products that staff have access to via the Adobe Creative Cloud licences for staff, not just Adobe Express.
There are also a range of teaching resources, aimed mainly at Primary and Secondary Education.
Adobe Education Institute
Twice a year the Adobe Education Institute (AEI) runs a series of workshops over the course of a week. These are free to attend and can lead to you becoming an Adobe Education Institute Fellow. Both the Applications and TEL Manager, Khaled Al-Ankar, and myself, were awarded the AEI Fellow 2024 after attending the AEI workshops in November 2024.
When talking about this award Khaled said,
